Today, Heather feels honored to guide students of all levels, from those stepping onto the mat for the first time to seasoned practitioners looking to deepen their flow. She teaches Gentle Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, and Yin Yoga—styles that blend mindful movement with intentional stillness.

Off the mat, Heather is a cardiology nurse specializing in cardiac device patient care. Her medical expertise brings compassion, precision, and a deep respect for the human body into every class she leads.
