For 85 years Harman's Luxury Log Cabins has been helping guests find peace, relaxation, and happiness in the great West Virginia outdoors. Our unique location in Hopeville Canyon, West Virginia is the perfect place to focus on your wellness.

Over the past few years, we have added Outdoor Steam Saunas for all of our guests. Our Lux Spa Cabins, each has something unique for your wellness experience, such as Indoor Infared Saunas, Steam and Rain showers, as well as couples shower to enhance your wellness experience.

World Wellness Weekend
We are offering a unique opportunity to our customers who stay with us for a weekend focused on your health and wellbeing. We have partnered with fitness, spiritual, and nutritional experts to give you that much needed rejuvenation for the mind, body and spirit in one of the most relaxing settings in West Virginia.

September 20-22, 2024 World Wellness Weekend @ Harman's 

Kick off Friday night at 6:00pm  and wrap up Sunday at 11am.

Join us for a weekend packed with wellness activities for all fitness levels. Yoga, beginner and advanced hikes, guided fly-fishing lessons, mindfulness and meditation workshop, saunas, Thai massage, live music and so much more!

World Wellness Weekend activities are free for all guests and $100 for non-guests.

Carol Phillips

Carol Phillips has been at the forefront of the spa and wellness movements for decades. Carol has had the pleasure of consulting and working with Spa and Wellness Icons, such as Canyon Ranch Resorts, Miraval, Wynn, Encore, Hilton Worldwide, Waldorf Astoria, Rosewood Resorts, Jumeriah Global, Gaylord Resorts, Sea Island, Glen Ivy Hot Springs, Grove Park Inn, MGM Hotel, and Exhale Spas.

Alana Neptune

West Virginia native, Alana Neptune, grew up visiting Harman’s Log Cabins. Alana graduated from WVU in 2015 with a degree in International Development. Alana has practiced yoga for more than 10 years and studied in Rishikesh, India to become a registered yoga instructor. Specialized in Ashtanga, Hatha, Yin, and Vinyasa, Alana is passionate about merging mindfulness and movement.

Jennifer Entremont

Jennifer Entremont started doing massage and bodywork in 2011 and is passionate about helping people. She graduated from Heritage Institute, Northern Virginia Community College, and The Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She is a Surgical Tech, Massage Therapist, Yoga Teacher, and most recently an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. Jennifer will also be offering  free 15 min Thai Massage plus 30 & 60 minute paid massage sessions. Book directly with Jennifer

Daniel Griggs, LCSW

Daniel Griggs, LCSW  is a seasoned mental health professional with a steadfast commitment to holistic healing practices. With a background in social work and crisis intervention, Daniel combines traditional therapeutic techniques with holistic approaches to support his clients in achieving optimal well-being. Drawing on his expertise in cognitive-behavioral therapy, EMDR, mindfulness meditation, and alternative healing modalities, he takes a comprehensive approach to mental health, addressing the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit.

Nat Frederick

Nat Frederick is a WV native singer + songwriter, + storyteller with a passion for music rooted in NATural instinct, authentic feelings, and mountaineer living. Nat is a seasoned live entertainer and an accomplished songwriter, a genuine one-man band with the proven ability to move ten or ten thousand at once. Nat reached number seven on the iTunes Country charts in 2018 with his WV-inspired debut album, "Home To Me." His original music has been featured in national advertising campaigns, streaming platforms, and FM radio. In addition to live music venues, fairs, and festivals, Nat's live entertainment has proven complementary to various private events, including weddings and receptions. Angelina Harman, DNP, FNP-BC

Dr. Angelina Harman is an associate professor in the School of Nursing. Harman's research interests are Childhood Obesity, Nutrition, and Wellness in the Youth. During her Doctoral work, she worked with elementary-age students on a grant she received from NAPNAP, teaching them healthy nutrition and exercise based on the Choose My Plate. She most recently received a grant from Anthem. She worked with a vulnerable group of teens using Fitbit to track activity and sleep. Then, she had weekly classes teaching them about healthy nutrition, mindfulness, and the importance of sleep and activity on your overall well-being. If you see Angelina hiking, she is almost always hiking with her twin brother Jeremy. If her last name looks familiar, Angelia is married to Todd Harman and the proud mother of Spencer and Christian.
