Escape to Cabin #9, a secluded 2-bedroom retreat nestled along the mountainside. This cozy log cabin features a King-size bed in the master bedroom and 2 twin beds in the second bedroom. Enjoy a full bathroom with a walk-in shower for your comfort on the lower level, while the upper level with the master supports a 1/2 bath.


Inside, unwind by cozying up by the warm glow of the gas log fireplace while enjoying your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV with satellite channels.


Step outside to immerse yourself in the warmth of the surroundings with your own private outdoor hot tub, perfect for stargazing under the clear night sky. Grill up a delicious meal on the charcoal grill, then relax on the rustic log bench, offering scenic views of the mountains.

    Reservation & Cancellation Policies

    Reservation Policies:



    • Check-in 4pm / Check-out 11am

    • Payment types: Cash, American Express, MasterCard, Visa, & Discover

    • Payment: At the time of a reservation request, a 50% deposit will be required. The balance due for the entire reservation will be charged to the card on file the morning of your arrival. Written confirmation will be e-mailed to you with directions to the cabins.

    • Maximum Occupancy: Exceeding the maximum occupancy for each cabin is strictly prohibited. Children under 5 can be excluded from the maximum number of people in some cabins if approved by management. Additional charges may apply. The health department set the number of people per cabin to meet standards. Exceeding the maximum occupancy without prior approval can result in the additional guests being asked to leave the property.

    • No pets are permitted on the main property or cabins (except cabin #19). If a guest is found with a pet, the guest will be asked to leave the property with the pet and a Cleaning Fee $250 will be applied.

    • No smoking permitted in cabins an additional $250 cleaning fee will be charged if suspected or found doing so.

    • Disruptive Behavior: Any loud noise or music, especially after 9pm, impacting other guests’s ability to enjoy the peace and quiet of the property is not acceptable. Any Abuse of alcohol, drug use, or loudness does not match our family friendly environment. All guests will be asked to stop disruptive behavior. After an initial warning, a second occurrence the guest will be asked to leave the property.

    • Housekeeping: Limited housekeeping services may be provided at no charge. This consists of supplying fresh towels, remaking beds, and removing trash.

    • Staff and management access: Members of staff and management may enter the premises for any reason at any time.

    • Lost & Found: If you leave an item(s) at the cabins a $20 service fee plus the cost of shipping the item will be required to have it mailed out.


    Cancellation Policies:



    • If your cancellation occurred 30 days or more prior to your arrival date, we offer a refund of your deposit less $25 for each cabin reserved.

    • If your cancellation occurred less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be forfeited. We do offer a refund in the form of a gift certificate of your deposit less $25 booking fee for each cabin reserved with the additional requirement that the accommodations re-rent for the entire period of reservation.

    • If your cancellation is less than 7 days, no refunds unless a death in the immediate family.

    • If you are a “no show”, no refunds. We reserve the right to charge for the full stay.

    • We do not refund for cancellations due to inclement weather, unless West Virginia declares a state of emergency and has travel restrictions for our local area/region. West Virginia Rt. 55/28 must be under travel restriction(s) and the travel restriction(s) must include Grant County, WV for a refund to be considered.
