World Wellness Weekend is returning to Harman's for the 4th annual event. Harman's is the first location in West Virginia to participate in this exciting global event and during the weekend of September 16th we will offer several FREE seminars and events on fitness, beauty, sports and health.

Free Opening Day Wellness Activities

  • 5:45  Welcome Address
    • Carol Phillips WWW Ambassador 
  • 6PM Evening Yoga with Alana Neptune-Griggs
    • At front property pavilion.
    • Bring your yoga mat or a towel.
    • Dinner on your own
  • 7:30 – 9:30 PM 
    • Feel free to Join us at the Front Pavilion to meet and greet everyone.
    • We will have a fire nearby.
    • We will have supplies to make Smore’s. 
    • BYOB

 

Free Morning Wellness Activities

Sunrise Yoga at Dolly Sods with Alana

6:30 am meeting at the office parking lot;

Carpool or to follow someone if not familiar; Sunrise is around 7am. Dress in warmer clothes/jacket for this event; Always cooler up there. Be prepared for an awe-inspiring way to start your day.

8:30am Lavender experience at Eagleview Lavender Farm

Coffee and fresh pastries and a small lavender gift to take home. There is a gift shop to explore afterwards.

9:00am Thai Yoga Massage; Jen Entremont 

Meet at the Front Pavilion

Bring your Yoga Mats or a towel

10:00 Am Morning Hike on Dolly Sods; Angelina Harman

Leave from Lavender event or meet at the Rohrbaugh trail head. This will be a guided hike; Rohrbaugh Trail is a moderate hike 5 mile in and out hike. There are spectacular views at the end point, small water crossings; Be prepared for the possibility of mud. 

Feel free to pack snacks and bring water. We will stop at the overlook for a break and snacks before returning. Bring your phone or camera for pictures!

Plan for at least 3 Hours
